About the Sensitech TempTale Ultra
The Sensitech TempTale Ultra is a shipment temperature logger with a built-in USB 2.0 A-type plug. Plugging it into a PC produces an automatic PDF report, and Sensitech also lists PDF/A and its own TTV file format.
It measures -30 to +70°C. Accuracy is ±0.5°C between -10 and +45°C and widens to ±1.0°C outside that band. Memory holds 16,000 readings at intervals from 30 seconds to 120 minutes, and it starts by button or time delay. Alarm options are wide: high/low, single, cumulative, MKT and duration, with up to six thresholds shown on the LCD.
The 3.0 V lithium coin cell is not replaceable and is rated for a 12-month operating life, which sets a firm limit on how long one unit stays in service. It carries EN 12830, CE, UKCA and RTCA DO-160G approval and ships with a 3-point NIST-traceable calibration certificate, so it fits pharma exports and air freight where the receiver needs a report without software.
