This website, temperaturedataloggers.com, is operated by QTS Instruments Private Limited, Uma Enclave, Madhapur, Hyderabad, Telangana 500081, India ("we", "us"). We are responsible for the personal data described in this policy.
What we collect
- Details you give us: your name, phone number, email, company name, city and your message, when you use the callback form, the "Get the best price" form, the contact page, phone or WhatsApp.
- Technical data: your IP address, browser and device type, and the pages you request, processed by our hosting and security provider (Cloudflare) to deliver the site and protect it from misuse.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry, send quotes and process your order.
- To arrange supply, delivery, invoicing and after-sales support.
- To recommend suitable data loggers for your needs.
- To keep the site secure and prevent misuse.
We don't sell your personal data, and we don't send marketing messages unless you ask us to.
Who we share it with
To quote and supply your order, we may share your enquiry details (name, company, contact details and requirement) with the manufacturer or authorised supplier of the product you asked about, for pricing, availability, delivery, warranty and support. We also use service providers who process data for us: our hosting and security provider (Cloudflare), and WhatsApp (operated by Meta) when you choose to message us there. We may disclose data where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for up to 24 months after your last contact with us. If you place an order, we keep invoice and order records for as long as Indian tax and accounting law requires.
Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to access, correct, update or erase your personal data, withdraw your consent, and nominate another person to exercise these rights for you. Email sales@temperaturedataloggers.com with your request and we'll respond within a reasonable time.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS). No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Children
