About the Testo 176 T2
The Testo 176 T2 is a reusable probe temperature logger that records temperature from -100 to +400°C through an external probe. Testo specifies the 176 T2 at ±0.2°C (-100 to +200°C) ±1 digit, ±0.3°C (+200.1 to +400°C) ±1 digit accuracy with 0.01°C resolution. A lower limit of -100°C puts dry ice and -80°C freezers within reach of the 176 T2. The probe is 2 × Pt100 temperature probe connections (probes optional).
Memory holds 20,00,000 readings with an interval settable from 1 s to 24 h (2 s to 24 h online measurement), about 20833 days of logging at 15-minute steps. Data from the 176 T2 comes off over Mini USB and SD card slot with Excel reports in ComSoft.
Physically, the 176 T2 has display and IP65 protection. Listed approvals for the 176 T2: EN 12830, RoHS and 2014/30/EU. For calibration, the 176 T2 comes with: certificate of conformity included. In practice the Testo 176 T2 fits dry ice, -80°C freezers and frozen shipments.
