About the Elitech RC-51H
The Elitech RC-51H is a reusable temperature and humidity logger that records temperature and relative humidity from -30 to +70°C. Elitech specifies the RC-51H at ±0.5°C (-20 to +40°C), ±1°C otherwise accuracy with 0.1°C resolution. On the RC-51H, humidity is measured from 10 to 95 %RH at ±3 %RH (25°C, 20 to 90 %RH), ±5 %RH otherwise. Down to -30°C, the RC-51H covers 2–8°C fridges as well as -20°C freezers.
Memory holds 32,000 readings with an interval settable from 10 s to 24 h, about 333 days of logging at 15-minute steps. Recording on the RC-51H starts by button. Plugging the RC-51H into a PC through its USB connector creates a PDF report automatically. Alarm options on the RC-51H are high/low (multiple alarm setting).
