LogTag TRED30-16R USB Temperature Data Logger

The LogTag TRED30-16R is a reusable USB temperature logger that records temperature from -40 to +99°C. LogTag specifies the TRED30-16R at ±0.5°C (-20 to +40°C), ±0.8°C (-40 to -20°C and +40 to +70°C), ±1.2°C (+70 to +99°C) accuracy with 0.1°C (-40 to +50°C), 0.2°C (+50 to +70°C), 0.3°C (+70 to +80°C), 0.4–0.6°C (+80 to +99°C) resolution. Down to -40°C, the TRED30-16R covers 2–8°C fridges as well as -20°C freezers. The probe is sT100 series external probe, PTFE coaxial cable (not included) on a 1.5 m standard, 3 m extended cable.

Memory holds 15,905 readings with an interval settable from 30 s to 1 h, about 166 days of logging at 15-minute steps. LogTag lists the maximum runtime of the TRED30-16R as 66 days at 6 min logging. Recording on the TRED30-16R starts by button, scheduled and time delay. Data from the TRED30-16R comes off over USB. Alarm options on the TRED30-16R are high/low.

Physically, the TRED30-16R has LCD (30-day summary) display, IP61 protection and a replaceable battery. Unstarted TRED30-16R units have a shelf life of 1 year storage. In practice the LogTag TRED30-16R fits fridges, cold rooms and repeated routes, 2–8°C or frozen.
