Mindlabs Lite Plus Single-Use USB Temperature Data Logger

The Mindlabs Lite Plus is a single-use USB temperature logger that records temperature from -30 to +60°C. Mindlabs specifies the Lite Plus at ±0.5°C (-30 to +60°C) accuracy with 0.1°C resolution. Down to -30°C, the Lite Plus covers 2–8°C fridges as well as -20°C freezers.

Memory holds 31,680 readings with an interval settable from 10 min default (configurable down to 1 min), about 330 days of logging at 15-minute steps. Mindlabs lists the maximum runtime of the Lite Plus as 220 days at default configuration. Recording on the Lite Plus starts by button (3 s press). Plugging the Lite Plus into a PC through its USB 2.0 connector creates a PDF report automatically, with CSV export as well. Alarm options on the Lite Plus are high/low.

Physically, the Lite Plus has Always-on display (current temperature, recording status, violation marks) display and IP65 protection. Unstarted Lite Plus units have a shelf life of 2 years. Listed approvals for the Lite Plus: EN 12830, CE, RoHS and Airline approved. In practice the Mindlabs Lite Plus fits one-way pharma and food shipments, 2–8°C or frozen.
