About the Elitech GSP-6
The Elitech GSP-6 is a reusable probe temperature logger that records temperature and relative humidity from -40 to +85°C through an external probe. Elitech specifies the GSP-6 at ±0.5°C (-20 to +40°C), ±1°C otherwise accuracy with 0.1°C resolution. On the GSP-6, humidity is measured from 10 to 99 %RH at ±3 %RH (25°C, 20 to 90 %RH), ±5 %RH otherwise. Down to -40°C, the GSP-6 covers 2–8°C fridges as well as -20°C freezers. The probe is external temperature sensor and external humidity sensor.
Memory holds 16,000 readings with an interval settable from 10 s to 24 h, about 167 days of logging at 15-minute steps. Recording on the GSP-6 starts by button. Data from the GSP-6 comes off over USB 2.0 with Excel reports in Data management software.
Physically, the GSP-6 has Multi-function LCD and indicator display and a replaceable battery. In practice the Elitech GSP-6 fits storage areas where humidity affects quality, 2–8°C or frozen.
