About the Elitech GSP-8
The Elitech GSP-8 is a reusable probe temperature logger that records temperature and relative humidity from -40 to +85°C through an external probe. Elitech specifies the GSP-8 at ±0.3°C (-20 to +40°C), ±0.5°C otherwise accuracy with 0.1°C resolution. On the GSP-8, humidity is measured from 0 to 100 %RH at ±3 %RH (25°C, 20 to 80 %RH). Down to -40°C, the GSP-8 covers 2–8°C fridges as well as -20°C freezers. The probe is external temperature-humidity probe on a 2 m cable.
Memory holds 1,00,000 readings with an interval settable from 10 s to 24 h, about 1042 days of logging at 15-minute steps. Recording on the GSP-8 starts by button. Data from the GSP-8 comes off over Micro USB with PDF, Excel and TXT reports in ElitechLog. Alarm options on the GSP-8 are high/low.
