About the Lascar EL-USB-2
The Lascar EL-USB-2 is a reusable temperature and humidity logger that records temperature and relative humidity from -35 to +80°C. Lascar specifies the EL-USB-2 at ±0.45°C typical (+5 to +60°C) accuracy with 0.5°C resolution. On the EL-USB-2, humidity is measured from 0 to 100 %RH at ±3 %RH (20 to 80 %RH). Down to -35°C, the EL-USB-2 covers 2–8°C fridges as well as -20°C freezers.
Memory holds 16,382 readings with an interval settable from 10 s to 12 h, about 171 days of logging at 15-minute steps. Recording on the EL-USB-2 starts by software and scheduled. Data from the EL-USB-2 comes off over USB with Excel, PDF and JPEG reports in EasyLog (free. Alarm options on the EL-USB-2 are high/low.
Physically, the EL-USB-2 has Red/green LEDs display, IP67 protection and a replaceable battery. For calibration, the EL-USB-2 comes with: traceable calibration certificate service available (optional).
