About the TempSen iTag4
The TempSen iTag4 is a single-use probe temperature logger that records temperature from -30 to +70°C through an external probe. TempSen specifies the iTag4 at ±0.3°C (-20 to +20°C), ±0.5°C otherwise accuracy with 0.1°C resolution. Down to -30°C, the iTag4 covers 2–8°C fridges as well as -20°C freezers.
Memory holds 14,400 readings with an interval settable from 1 min to 2 h, about 150 days of logging at 15-minute steps. TempSen lists the maximum runtime of the iTag4 as 90 days max. Recording on the iTag4 starts by manual and auto. Plugging the iTag4 into a PC through its USB 2.0 connector creates a PDF report automatically. Alarm options on the iTag4 are high/low (h1, l1).
Physically, the iTag4 has LCD display and IP65 protection. Unstarted iTag4 units have a shelf life of 2 years (1 year if power activated).
